Round 1: Resume screening :
They shortlisted resume for the personal Interviews (may be on the basis of pointer, project and experience (if any)).
Round 2: Technical Interview :
It was a grilled around of total 1.2 hr. The interviewer seems so cool and has lots of patience. He was so keen on listening to all the words.
Now coming to the questions -
- Tell me about your M.Tech project ?
- Some questions on machine learning.
- What is CNN & openCv .
- What is Brython(related project).
- Some recent cyber crime?
- What is the diff b/w new and malloc ?
- Which part of the memory is allocated, when malloc and calloc are called for any variable ?
- Reverse a linklist both way iterative and recursive, find mid element of linklist and some c++ concepts like virtual function,copy constructure ,inline function etc.(give some example also).
- Program to reverse words in a given string in C++.(from gfg)
- Sliding Window Maximum (Maximum of all subarrays of size k).(from gfg)
- Count of only repeated element in a sorted array of consecutive elements.
- What is call by value, call by reference in C language.
- They asked OS concepts like scheduling, paging, segmentation, virtual memory, physical memory, cache, thread, semaphor ,cache and TLB etc.
- Some oops concepts.
- Few questions on security and cryptography because i am from information security.
Actually, I forgot few questions asked during the Interview, also few questions are not exactly same as written above. Overall, the interviewer was so helpful in giving the hints when required.
No HR Round
Finally , I am selected for the software domain.
Tips: Go through all the OS,DBMS and C concepts in details & be confident and be prepared what is in your resume.
